What pods you guys listen too?

Im a huge Tell em Steve Dave fan so I listen to that a lot. I've just recently discovered the podcast True Crime Garage and I'm really enjoying that too.

Anyone have any good psychology/meditation/mindfulness ones? I tried the Psychology podcast briefly but I didn't enjoy it mainly due to finding it hard to engage because of the poor audio quality.

If you prefer more clinically oriented stuff, check out Mayo Clinics' and Harvard's site for mindfulness and meditation stuff. It may not be podcasts but there certainly are YouTube videos that give a more science-backed view on meditation and mindfulness. That's what my dad and I have been working with the past 18 months or so. My dad attends their physician education courses in Boston and MN and so he's been incorporating that in to his practice more and more.

You'd also want to look for stuff by Dr Herbert Benson.
