********** FOR THE PEOPLE WHO DON'T KNOW WHAT "FREEPOSTING" MEANS: freeposting is when you repeatedly reply to a thread over and over, when instead you can edit your old post to add in your new info. if you're responding to someone else's reply, then it's fine to make a new reply, but repeatedly replying to a post with new replies over your old ones serves no purpose but to bump up a thread nobody else is interested in.


for those of you wondering why threads are being "mysteriously" closed THIS IS MOST LIKELY WHY. STOP FREEPOSTING AND THESE THREADS WON'T GET CLOSED. mods are correctly choosing to close freeposting threads, and I'm getting really frustrated because a lot of people are ruining threads I'd like to reply to.

please, just edit your old posts unless you're responding to someone's new reply


also, the search forum command should be your friend. don't start new threads over a topic that was talked about 3 days ago. this will also cause threads to be closed.

yes, as a matter of fact, this does have a point. the point is to educate people who don't know what freeposting is, in order to stop decent threads from being closed.

I didn't sticky this, but I'm glad someone did.
However I've closed this as it doesn't need 4 pages of replies.
And yes I've closed several threads recently for this reason.
