Technology PLEASE HELP! My computer doesnt let me use another window

Please help me my computer. its been messed up for over a month and im fed up.
When ever i try to click on a link and it opens in another window the new window pops up but is blank. so if theres a link and i right click and go to open in new window it pops up blank. i heard it might be something with the hyperlink or something. oh yeah my pop up blocker is OFF. I might jsut reboot my whole computer. I dont know why this is happening it sucks and i need help. THANK YOU for any help

Run a spyware scan, cause it could well be that.

And switch to Firefox, too. Then you won't have to open new windows.

re-install internet explorer and that will do that trick.happened to a friend of mine last week and i told him to reinstall IE and it worked
