PETITION about the 2006 album: NO 2 CD ALbum, but better 2 single LP's

Sorry man but that's a weak argument. How do you know what Biggie's mum would do? Or Diddy.

Because from what I know, so far Biggies material, whether its verses, songs, or whatever have been kept quited and treasured somewhere. Because he has very little material, it is being treated very delicately like it is gold or something. Incase you don't know Puffy has been working on a Biggie project for a long time, which shows the dedication and passion he has for the project as he isn't rushing or announcing anything. Had Pac only left 15 songs after his death, Afeni would've made that the RU STill Down Album or something in 97 and everything concerning Pac's music would've been all over with.

Afeni is achieving her sons dreams. Keeping his legacy alive.

2pac is number 1 in the UK. He's still in the news and our thoughts everyday. She may not have handled it how we'd handle it. But she hasn't failed, far from it.

Biggie's mum talks nice, but what does she have to show for it. And I'll judge Diddy when I see what he's done with it.

But just think. If there was only enough 2pac material for 3 posthumous albums, we'd have DK7. RU still down andStill i Rise. Would you be dissapointed? I wouldn't. Maybe the problem was 2pac left behind too much material.

I know Im gonna get alot of sh*t for this comment but, I think Puffy would have handled Pac's legacy better then what Afeni is doing. I believe Afeni knows that his sons material is good, but she doesnt realise just how good it is,she doenst realize that the passion Pac exibited in his lyrics should be matched with the best production ever. If you look at Biggies albums,,the best production was put to work there,Puffy made sure of it, why cant Afeni do the same?

Take for instance L2TG, she lets em do production, fine, and then you let him change what Pac is saying and make him say sh*t like em and g unit..next thing, on tracks I beleive em shouldnt be on he is allowed to go on to , Black Cotton should be obvious why it is the last track he should have been on saying shit like "Nobody don't care" what the fuck does that mean!!!!? and he gets on to Soldier Like Me, with sh*t like "I betcha that I got something you aint got, that's called courage", DAMN, "I betcha i got courage".....he could have come up with a better word then "I betcha" sh*t..I wonda wat Dre said when he heard this sh*t for the first time...(Ive bought evry Pac CD since his death, but this is where I stop Im not buying anymore shit unless Im convinced it good, ive always been driven by the hype of a new pac album,I cant do that anymore, I will stick to my unreleased OG collection and Fan remixes which have some really tight beats),

I disagree with the person who said, Afeni is keeping to what Pac wanted (that is too keep Pac music and name alive), I think she is killing Pac. Kids nowadays hearing Pac 4 the first time, find all eyez on me a bit outdated in terms of production and stuff, so they look to the new sh*t, and find Production which does not go with Pac, and they feel its sh*t, and that Pac isnt as great an artist as maybe I and sum other people think.That sh*tty production in some repect drowns out pac message and lyrical skills, I hardly listen to the Albums realeased and produced after his death, I find myself going back to DK7,AEOM,MATW,,yeah even SIR which was realsed afta his death is kinda okay..its like from the Greatest hits, the production got worse and worse, the betta albums are the SIR and RUSD period and it realy goes down hill from there..BDz had 1 or 2 surprise,but still kinda sh*ty overall

Afeni needs to give this next album to someone who will respect the material, not someone who is just in a rush to release Pac sh*t as soon as possible.I dont care who it maybe, wetha friends of PAC or enemies, if they dont f**k around with pacs flow and lyrics and chorus, Im all for that,,we should start looking past the feud of people Pac beefed with, and start concentratinng on his Art, and music more, Fuck it, I would buy A Pac CD produced by Kanye West or P Diddy,,,if it is good,I wouldnt but a Jonny J Pac Album if its bad,,,its no longer about the people, its about Pac, his music and his legacy..they have fu*ked it up,,and this maybe the last chance they have of fixing it...

having said that, I support the 1 album thing, atleast then they could have a betta chance of correcting mistakes on the next effort based on fan reaction (as if they listen to us)...but anyway those r my thought...

That's not what I said. I said she's achieving what he always wanted do. Pac was for the people, the poor and the underdog. His music didn't mean a lot to him. He was more interested in acting.

But I agree with a lot of your points. Afeni is doing what she feels is best. But she doesn't understand the music or the industry. She has people round her that don't give her the best advice. And the albums are rushed, probably because they don't want to pay for studio time. We will not see a decent album from 2pac again. but there's plenty of 2pac material out there, and if that doesn't satisfy people, they need to find new rappers. There's loads out there.

This is the main reason why someone with no musical background shouldn't be releasing music. LETS face it, AMARU/AFENI ARE WEAK PROMOTERS AND ARE TRYING TO JUST HURRY UP PAC'S MUSIC. IF I CAN RECALL PAC WANTED HIS MUSIC TO LIVE ON FOREVER AND FOREVER TO BE SPOKEN ABOUT, SO WHY IS SOMEONE WITH NO PASSION AND INTERESTS IN HIS WORK SURROUNDING HIS MATERIAL. Just because she is his mother doesn't mean anything. Biggie Smalls mother isn't concerned about anything concerning Biggie moneywise, but she has the intention of letting his music live on and finding those responsible for her son's death. If she's tired she needs to let someone else do the promoting and executive producing-her old self should sit back.

Imagine if Biggie had 150 songs-EVERYTHING WOULD BE PRESERVED AND THEN PUT OUT TO RADIO STATIONS,VIDEOS,ETC. P.DIDDY WOULD NEVER THROW AROUND BIGGIES MUSIC IN SUCH A MANNER AS AMARU/AFENI ARE DOING.

Many of your points are like my opinion!!! Good points. Though it was a truly astounding pleasure to witness every year a new Pac album since 1996, there STILL has to be AN END to the RUSHING of releasing his music. Focus more on his poetry or film plans instead!!
