That's a pic of me. Sorry, we can't all look as exciting as a frog with sunglasses and a cigarette....*yawn*I gotta say, Jokerman and Masta have the most boring avatars.
No, if you're going to argue that my reasoning is incorrect you must explain yourself. There IS hidden psychological guilt amongst defensive meat eaters. Most won't admit it because they haven't thought about it. It's subconscious. It's like the phenomenon of "white guilt" in regards to slavery. Do some research.
lol nah man. this can't be serious. sounds like a cop-out to divert attention away from their supposed wrong-doings. "you're only criticising because you are actually sub-consciously guilty about eating meat". rubbish.
It's not rubbish. It's not some fictional thing I pulled out of my ass.
And you missed the point of what I said. I'm not saying that's why PETA are being criticized. I'm saying, this retarded, misleading, disingenuous website is designed to pander to "carnivore guilt", so that people who have it (and again - it IS a real thing) can build up their defensive walls so they won't have to admit that what they do IS wrong and that there is no justification on anything other than a personal level.
'PETA killed perfectly healthy dogs therefore Im gonna eat this chicken sandwich'

I disagree that its designed to pander to carnivore guilt. I eat meat and I would never quote this site or PETA in discussing it.
Only a moron would say 'PETA killed perfectly healthy dogs therefore Im gonna eat this chicken sandwich'

PETA's "Animal Record" report for 2010, which the animal rights group itself filed with the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, shows that PETA employees killed 94 percent of the dogs and cats in their care last year. During all of 2010, PETA found adoptive homes for just 44 pets.
So, then, by your logic, PETA is the only organization that always either helps the people in a way that's not documented (animal not transferred to another facility nor adopted) OR euthanizes them. That's pretty...convenient. How come the numbers are so different from the other shelter? I know PETA claims not to be a "typical shelter" because that's not their job but it seems like if the animal's not transferred, adopted, or killed, there's no way to know what the fuck is going on.
I lied to make you look foolish.according to Jokerman, the website is fairly accurate in its findings.
