Maybe.... I don't just look at them as a warm hole though. I like females company... I just don't believe in soul mates or irreplaceable partners... I hold some women highly, and would forever miss them when they're gone... I just know I can live without them.... Also... As I've got older I don't feel the need for sex I once have. I would be quite happy with platonic relationships with females, which wasn't the case 5 years ago....

No, of course I'm not talking about an ideal girl from a picture. Obviously I'm strictly judging by looks now, as it's all I can do with pictures.

A sexy body doesn't make me want to be with a girl, it makes me want to have sex with her.
And I can sometimes see a "special something" about a girl's face. Whether it's in real life or on a photo. That's what in my opinion contributes to true beauty, one that you can't work out, it just is.
While certainly face changes with age too you'll still be able to see that very same thing in her eyes that you loved so much years ago.

Certainly a nice ass wouldn't be a point towards me falling in love with a girl.

And Keco, maybe that's just my taste that is different but those girls were not beautiful to me. They only have nice bodies. And no, it's not a bad thing. I just automatically placed them in the "worse kind" look-wise because I don't see anything special about their faces and that's why they are not beautiful to me. But they look sexually appealing. It's a different type of appeal. Like I said, look-wise there are two types that I distinguish - a type of "ooh I want to hit that" girl and a different one that goes like "wow I'd love to get to know her and spend a lot of time together because she looks gorgeous". Even if the latter doesn't turn out to be all that great, even if she turns out to be a slut - her looks was a good start to give it a try because if she turned out to be really nice it'd be a perfect girlfriend material to me.

Not that there are no "best of both worlds" girls but they are pretty rare and usually turn out to be stupid or slutty, from my experience. Body, Face, Personality, Brains - usually you can only have 2 of them

And also from my experience if a girl is willing to put enough effort to make her body look perfect it also goes in pair with a lot of not-so-nice traits. Not always of course, but the risk is very high.

I can't explain this. From my experience it often works this way.
Most of the smartest and most awesome girls that I've met didn't care about their looks - it wasn't very important to them. Most of my female friends are good, fit looking but they're not forcing it. Well, I also have female friends who don't care about their looks at all and still they're awesome, even if some of them don't look awesome.
However girls I've met at the gym or other girls that looked like they spend a lot of time mastering their bodies usually thought that having a better ass is a huge asset, which is pretty shallow. Also, they usually clearly want to appeal to men that way on a pretty basic, sexual level.
Of course there are many girls who just enjoy sports or want to be fit too. I'm talking about girls who are clearly putting a lot of effort to look perfect.

So maybe it's not necessarily about having a hot body but more about caring about your looks too much and it's usually what leads to having a very sexy body.

From my dating experience the more a girl cares about her looks the more terrible she is. I mean personality, value system, brains and her ego - the better she is at those, the less she cares about her looks, I think. It just rarely goes in pair. I'm a man but when I was younger and more stupid I cared about my looks much more. Now I think like "I'm over it". Don't need it. It's not important in life. Obviously I am clean, fit and healthy. My looks and looks of my friends just don't bother me since there are much more important things. I think that it works that way. A totally different perspective.

Well, I think most Polish girls just look pretty normal, fit because that's how they are. We don't have any problems with overweight people etc. Maybe diet and genetics. They rarely visit gyms and such.
If you traveled to Poland I think you would consider most girls to be "hot"

Also, this might be because there are many village girls from Poland and their looks is their biggest asset

Masta says girls who work out tend to be shallow and do it to make up for what they lack in other areas. Obviously, an indirect insult. And Masta seems oblivious to this? Or he doesn't care?

I get what Masta is saying when he says that some girls give off a sense of strictly being meat to a guy while some girls give off a sense of being a wifey-type. I also know that it's very easy to conclude this simply from a picture. But just because it's easy, doesn't mean in any case that it's realistic because we don't know the context within which the pictures were taken. And it is a bias that has been created within us. If you never watched porn, for example, you'd have a different sense of which girl you think is slutty and which girl looks like the next-door type. For me, as for Masta and Chronic, the face always gives it away. But I realize that my judgment is clouded and I won't "judge a book by its cover" until I actually met the girl and talked to her.

Yeah I had a feeling that there was a misunderstanding between me and Keco but I don't really know much about her. I suspected that much though, that she might have felt that she's somehow affected by what I said.

Well, I don't know who these girls are - at first I was just judging their looks when I said that they have nice bodies but nothing really special about them overall - that they're appealing in a different way - not genuinely beautiful, just looking very fit.
But the rest of my comments and arguments were aimed more at the discussion that emerged about girls overall.
But yes, to some extent I do judge people like that and it works pretty well. I can spot an asshole or a whore with about 90% success rate. Girls like these from Keco's pictures - the first one I'd probably avoid but that's another story.
It doesn't work the other way around - sometimes a person looks all good and nice but turns out to be not so nice. So yeah, "don't judge a book by its cover". I agree with the rest of your post, sir Sophie.

And another point I was trying to make with these 2 different types of "attractiveness". Going by your example - in a porn movie a "hot", sexy girl is very appealing but I wouldn't really want to watch a really cute/beautiful girl performing in one. The latter is a "girlfriend material looking" type of girl.
Obviously it's hard to tell if she is really a good girlfriend material just by looking at her but she's the type of girl I'd like my girlfriend to look like and that's a start. I wouldn't date a sexy, "porn star" type of girl although she would be much more sexually appealing.
2 totally different types of appeal. One is physical and another one I could call emotional and nice body doesn't really add much to it. Sometimes it even spoils it.
I tried to explain why I don't find these 2 girls from this thread beautiful but I do like that Disney girl from another thread. Because she's appealing in a different way. Not the "hot and sexy I want to fuck her like crazy" way because it's not what I'm looking for in a girl. That's why the Disney girl appeals to me more despite looking more casual and not really "hot" - there's something more in her face that I like, it intrigues me and I'd like to meet her. I'd like to wake up next to a girl that looks like her. She looks interesting.
