People in Background during Live telecast

I was just watching the news and they were reporting that there was just an explosion in san francisco. The reporter was interviewing a guy who works in the area in which the exlposion took place. There were some people in the back ground with big smiles and waving at the camera. I thougth to myself is there anything more annoying that some jack ass in the back ground waving at the camera trying to get their two seconds of fame? I've also noticed this at sporting events. I guess you could wave for a bit but then get the hell out of there or stop waving. I've seen people waving in the back ground for a constant 10 minutes as people conduct interviews. Is there anyone else who thinks this is annoying?

I do, especially when it's something serious and some idiot is in the background grinning his ass off like something serious didn't just happen

^ yeah exactly... there could be some mass explosion where 400 people died horribly.. and some cunt will be there in the background on his cell phone, laughing, waving and pointing at the camera like a tard.

it can be funny. anyone notice the people on good morning america or the today show? jimmy kimmel always does little segments where he picks out the funniest moments of people acting stupid on live t.v.

just depends on the situation i guess. but in the case of the R.L. polo store explosion. i think i saw the same news clip as you. i only hope that those people acting like fools were ignorant to the fact that a woman was in flames after the explosion.
