they fucking suck. i wish you could get like a membership card so you wouldnt have to pay to park your car cause i always forget or i dont have money. i have 7 of the motherfuckers unpaid and i wont have enough money to pay em before i go to the army. i certainly wont have enough to pay them while im there. i'm federally fucked!

lol i just got one yesterday! asshole cop, shit only cost $15 still pissed me off though cop said where i was parked was posted no parking 3am to 6am, which is bullshit its not posted anywhere so i took pictures of the entire street showing no signs posted, damn county clerk said i'd have ta take that up with the City Police, fuck em didnt wanna waste my time with their worthless ass so i just paid it!
