Who is this guy, heard an interview with 2Pac where he refers to this guy at Death Row

I think he was Death Row's publicist.... Go to youtube and look up inside death row or something like that and he is with pac and the outlawz doing a photo shoot and showing him the aeom booklet.... Seemed like a cool guy
