My best managed to wipe out pretty much everything apart from West Europe, Japan, Indonesia, Madagaskar and Argentina.

I cant get Japan, Madagascar, New Zealand, Mexico or Peru. And they world has now developed a vaccine that stops others from being infected even though my Drug resistance (an all resistances) are pimped up.

Japan, NZ, South America aren't that hard, also depends a little on your starting position.

Finally beat it. Came very close starting from New Zealand, got Madagascar, but Peru wouldn't budge. Then I got lucky and started in Madagascar.
