Pac's Sexual Assault question

What brought this to my attention was a thread in Thugz Mansion called Sex Offenders...so i was wondering.....since Pac was convicted....was he registered as a sex offender in the state he lived in?

i dont think he had to register as a sex offender because he was on appeal bond so it was like they took the conviction away but the charges where still set against him
