there are a ton of diff runnin' mixes, and i explained them all one time. it's somewhere in the board archives.
the matw version is with the female reggae hooks.

Too many ungrateful people throughout the years. I don't blame him for not wanting to put up with it.

It has ruined it for a lot of people like myself. I have nothing but respect for the man. He's been dedicated to to Pac for a long time and probably knows more about him than his own mother. I've gained a lot of knowledge through that man just by reading his posts.

We need to start saying "Thanks" instead of "More please?". If you want all this rare stuff, start showing some gratitude, or as he says, go out and find it yourself.

why was it released on spice 1s album all put 2gether? instead of a chorus in the middle?

runnin was originally recorded for thug life's album. this version has a unique male reggae hook and slight lyric differences. most remarkably it features the resurrection verse. police references are uncensored.

runnin was later re-recorded by everyone but biggie for a matw release. this features a female reggae hook. police references are uncensored.

the track was finally released on promo cd and on one million strong in 1995 with a third version of the hooks, performed by a male reggae artist. police references are censored in all single and album versions.

trapp remixed it (very slightly) and also created an r& b version. in 1998 stonebridge remixed runnin, adding female singing hooks. police references are uncensored and censored on different mixes.

also in 1998, booty records released singles for runnin, making a shorter version of the track as stonebridge did. this track has the same male hooks as one million strong. police references are uncensored.

we all clear? i have all of these items so i can tell you definitively because i looked at the cd's and listened to them just now to be 100%.

here's a mix i did a while back with a very bad cg instrumental that i managed to create with goldwave and redid the speed (so it was a litle bit slower - 5 seconds difference), but its a decent mix imo, its just pacs verse from runnin, nothing more, but it has the og beat
