The director also did the Citreon transformer ad and he is now making his Hollywood debut with........ HALO.

Watch the short though, it really is fantastic on so many levels.

True that. Especially when the guy was like "strange noises from things in the air keep us awake, even the children cant sleep, they say daddy, daddy, go see whats out there" that part had me shook.

Very nicely done.

The whole story is a metaphor and has strong social and political undertones, it is very well done. I wish more of you took the time to watch it and comment on it, but I guess if its not a blockbuster or a video game ya all dont care.

Wow, this is great. The general metaphore for this is the discrimination and supression of immigrants/blacks or any other ethnicity within a country. the fact South Africa was chosen as a spot is a no brainer, at one point blacks were treated pretty much the same the Aliens were.

Halo will only be better now, and I'm sure a political stand point will be in that movie also. Can't wait

Here's another one of his short movies.

yeah, this is def. one of those social commentaries that i actually get....reading vonnegut's "breakfast of champions" alongside watching this movie...dunno..it's alotta social commentary for me...but its looking good...

and i really dont wanna sound retarded here, but i must ask....south africa doesnt really have an alien problem does it??? it's just representing the whites taking the resources and leaving the natives with nothing, right??? cuz i'd be more scared of aliens than i would a white man....
