we dont even know the details he coulda done it but in self defense or not at all, his dna could be there cuz he might have gone round before, she was his neighbour, dont judge til the facts are there, like his relationship with her bla bla

I should have told all of the facts...
The only reason I said it was his birthday is bcuz...The time he came home that night was around the time the murder happened.

This lady was brutally raped and murdered. She was somebodys Mom & Grandma. I'm not sure what kind of DNA evidence they have but they did an investigation for 3 months before they arrested him. I just couldn't imagine him doing it. He is a really sweet person. He would have anybodys back no questions asked. It's just really hard for me to know how to feel. I have an uncle in jail for murder. He was a drug dealer. That comes with the territory. I understand that....

But this situation is totally different to me. The lady wasn't robbed. Nothing was missing from her house. They threw a concrete block through her glass door at about 3am, raped, and beat her to death. Imagine somebody you think you know. Somebody you trust doing this. It's easy for ppl to say he deserves the death penalty or he's a bad person but imagine if it was your brother...It's a really complicated situation for me. I'll stand behind him 1000% until the trial is over. I don't know how I'll feel if he's convicted. I have to think what if this was my grandma?
