Okay my dilemma

Alright i'm comtemplating buying either a 2006 Range Rover or a 2006 BMW 745i. I love the look of the Range Rover and i've read things about how it's great for everything except for reliability. When I read about the 745, it has good reliability but the dash in the car sucks asshole.

So what i'm really trying to say is, should I stick with the Range Rover or get the 745?

For SUV purposes the new cayenne or the new Grand Cherokee SRT8 both will beat the range in reliability, off roadiblity and performance.
Range Rovers are dying and they are dying fast they dont have any resale value at all.

For Sedan purposes why not the new M5 its fast, corporate looking and very close to the same room as the 745li. U can increase the suspension height and ability to go non-M mode gives u the same feeling as the 745li.

The only reason i see u buying range and the 745li is being all ghetto and putting dubs on em which is tottally messed up and u will become one in a million of the rice crew.

Oh yeah dont think this is a 16 year old kid giving u advice. i have the new corvette convertible(could have had SLK55amg) and a 300c awd for winter beater. The 300 has 22" black rims which i regret getting em and they came after the car shows on with the stockers. Its all about performance, class, luxury and the MONEY.

the american cars dont last argument is over rated trust me.. true imports do have more reliability to a certain extent but if it was really true that american cars had no reliability.. then they wouldnt be in bussiness

the reason why imports have higher resale value is because they are made over seas and they basically have "limited" sales.. meaning theres not as many as them as there are american cars... american ars are basically watered down

Range Rover dying??? Last quarter they had there highest earnings gain in the companies history. Sorry but you can't go wrong with a Range Rover.
GM on the other hand is shit, there stocks keep dropping and their outlook was negative across the board. So it does relate but whatever.
I'd go with the Range though, especially if you could afford the super charged.

They're overexegerating.


While there may be the odd loose window seal to moan about, in general rule Beemers and Ranges are mechanically sound as a rock when you compare 'em to most other cars.

Prasad may have a point with the depreciation, but that goes for most new cars nowadays.

I'd still get the 745 What about a Jaguar, though? S-type?

American Cars are pretty cool. But they lack class and can't corner for shit.

A BMW and a Range is far more classy than any corvette or Chrysler.

The M5 is the bench mark for any car in it's class. That car is nothing short of amazing.
As for your dilemma, which sounds better, I drive a Range or a Jeep, a BMW or a Chrylser. Stick with the original two and add the M5. I'd got with the Range or M5.
