---Oxiterric (Oh no!!!)---
I bought myself a copy of Oh No's Oxperimental both on vinyl and cd. 40+ minutes of crazy loops and breaks inspired by mediterranean backdrops, this is definitely a unique album in it's own right. Never short of idea's for up and coming emcee's I suggest people check this out.

---Hungry for Jazz?---
Also I found a few links for DJ Food's Jazzy Break series (1-3, though a 4th installment might exist). This shit is beyond dope, it's like '88 all over again with familiar samples you'll undoubtedly recognize straight away.

---Smooth Whiteboy #1?---
Then there's Nicolay's instrumental albums, I have City Lights 1.5 and the inst. vers. of Connected. I can easily play these cd's all the way through much like the versions with vocals on them. Funk chopped mellowness much like 9th Wonder cross Pete Rock cross J.Dilla.. perfect remedy for a hangover or for those times where you just wanna chill the f out.

---Watts Good?---
I got to listen awhile back to Ohmega Watt's albums Watts Happening (the instrumental version). Shit was lush as could be, banging drums and dope samples made for cruisey listening experience. However it wasn't until I got to see him perform live last Thursday that his beats really jumped up and came alive like never before. Based on that alone his credentials in my eyes have sky rocketed and he has jumped alot of places in my non-existent "best hip-hop producers of all time" list.

---1983, Flyin' Lotus---
I've been a huge fan of Flying Lotus production, especially since I got put on in the last year or so. Thanx strictlybeatz!. Anyways he is like a BlackMilk or J.Dilla-esque instrumentalist. All mellow and laid back with enough bounce factor to fuck ya head up. Really makes most shit out there look amateur.
