what u think about fear?
2.are u afraid to fight(before u start to fight?when u´re in the fight?
3.what do u fear the most?

I don't think I've ever planned a fight so I didn't have time to be afraid.
I don't like to be in the dark or tight spaces...but I tolerate it.

I think it's a very powerful emotion which helps us survive and keeps out out of harm But also it can be irrational or hold us back.

Don't think its pure fear, more of an adrenaline rush, the "fight or flight" experience. I've trained in muay thai for a little while which has put me in (controlled) fight experiences which helps me deal with the real thing better I think.

Spiders, failure and the future.

Fear - quoted

"Fear comes from uncertainty. When we are absolutely certain, whether of our worth or our worthlessness, we are almost impervious to fear. Thus, a feeling of utter unworthiness can be a source of courage. Everything seems possible when we are absolutely helpless of absolutely powerful - and both stimulate our gullibility." - Bruce Lee.

"First of all, let me assert my firm belief that the only thing we have to fear is fear itself - nameless, unreasoning, unjustified terror which paralyzes needed efforts to convert retreat into advance." - Franklin D Roosevelt.

i think about the purpose of fear a lot..and i think it is an unnecessary emotion. It serves no purpose in todays society. We are no longer hunter gatherers who need impulsive fear reflex running through or veins to survive. In fact, quite the opposite. THe people who ultimately succeed the most at what they do are those who are able to fight the fear instinct and keep their cool during stressful times. Whether it be during a fight, during an interrogation, during any sort of competition...its the level-headed person who feels no fear who can think the most clearly and adjust to the situation.

There is no need for fear anymore...it has served its purpose in caveman times, but why do we even possess the potential in our brain for it anymore

I've been to several fights within my life span, each time fighting a bigger person. I never back down from a fight, maybe that's why I've never got beaten up before, even though I'm a small dude.

I'd have to say I'm paranoid about golf balls, I've been hit by one before, luckily it was at my arm. It left a bruise that wouldn't go away for a month.

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder I think.

Yea thats it.I havent been diagnosed by a doctor or nuthin but im nearly sure i have some form of it.I started fearing somthing last summer then bang i woke up one morning and ever since i have been obsessing over this fear. With this,i get intrusive thoughts all the time.Thoughts come into my head that i dont want to have.its a nightmare but im doin better now.

Im not goin into detail.^^.

For example,i might get a thought of harming something. One day i was at work.We were sitting down drinking coffee. One of the guys sittin with us is a boss.Nice guy. Were just talking ,then a thought pops into my head that im pouring coffee over him and shouting "burn".Im afraid ill harm someone. Its totally irrational because i kknow deep down that i would never harm someone for no reason like that.Theres more to it than that which is far worse.i dont want to discuss it though.

what u think about fear?
i see fear as an emotion, its a very strong emotion & if you can't control it... it could overwhelm you.
2.are u afraid to fight(before u start to fight?when u´re in the fight?
anytime before a fight, you're always nervous, even if you're very confident in yourself... there's always the fear, but you have to keep your head up & move past it. once you're in a fight, the fear begins to fade, especially if you're in control.
3.what do u fear the most?
not being successful
