Can't believe that he took Mexes out and did't put Trezeguet in.

Trezeguet is the only attacker in the possible French squand that is not a striker that plays deep in the opposing half.

Henry, Govou, Anelka, Benzema all play alone up front creating for themselves...

France plays a team that decides to close in the back or plays really defensiely and France are done... Their attack is very one dimmensional...

The reason Trezequet isnt in is becaue he doesnt get on with Domenech(spelling?).

Mexes is a very over-rated player and Domenech knows this.

It seems that Domenech has gone for experience above youth.

lol USA were so pathetic last night, its not a knock on them totally, coz ive seen them play decent stuff, but they had about 2 shots all game. England wouldnt make it out of any group in the Euros.

England would not make it out of their group. It was just the USA here. Not taking anything from the States, they're much better than they were, but if you watched England play, they were all over the place. Be thankful Beckham still has the golden touch to put the ball where he feels like it, cause that goal he set up is the only momentum that gave them a second goal. (Nice placement by Gerrard btw). It was a very very dull match to watch.

I think they're slowly falling into Fabio's style though.

I was joking about England, though I think they're a better team than many in the Euro cup. I didn't see/read about qualifying, so I'm not sure what happened.

I think England needs someone who can create. They got some tough guys on both sides of the pitch, some guys with nice shots, but I didn't see anyone who could take a defender off the dribble.

^^you are spot on even if you do sound like you are talking about Basketball. England lack creativity.Its there biggest problem.A lot of their players are very similar.Paul Scholes is the man they have missed for the past 10 years.
