There is a big article and interview about my band in the latest issue of Anokhi Magazine.

I don't know how big their circulation is but I've been told it's pretty big. I think it's bigger in Canada than in the US because it's based there but from what I've heard it's pretty widely available across the US as well. So if you any of you guys happen to see it in the shops, go and pick it up and learn some random facts about me and my bandmates.

Freida Pinto from Slumdog Millionaire is on the cover, which looks like this:

Or if you're lazy you can just read the article on my blog. :D

Yeah, that's a pretty big paragraph they wrote.

Simon "subs" Duggal. That is...you?

Subs as in subwoofers, or "hey, I just bought two foot-long subs from subway for the 5 dollar footlong deal."

No, Simon 'Subs' Duggal is my cousin, the brother of Diamond 'Swami' Duggal who is the leader of the band. I was named after Simon because he and my mother were close when she was alive. He used to be in the band when it was first formed. He's producing a lot on my upcoming solo album.

and I dont think he named himself after a sandwich for the record lol.

Me neither... probably in New Delhi, I mean Toronto.

I'll try to find it here so I can brag to my friends that I know a dude in the mag.

Do I get some Curry Chicken with the mag?

I don't know it. Not available here in Montreal. Like Hizzle said, check out New Delhi, I mean... Uh.. Toronto. It should be there.

Montreal-ians, we might be playing there in June. Just heard. Should have confirmation on all Canadian tour dates next week, so far only Mississauga/Toronto and Vancouver are confirmed.

^^

Thats if the asian gangs don't kill everyone first. Vancouver is not a very nice place to be right now.

you guys will probably have ridiculous turn outs in Van city (if promoted properly)

Yeah I reckon so. We did last time and that was indoor venue, this next one we're doing is outdoors in the summer so it should be rammed. Plus the event itself is called "desifest" so the name alone should bring hordes of us LOL
