I am gonna be a senior next. Can't wait I ma tear shit up.
This year was a bitch because I took AP US HISTORY and AP BIOLOGY and all I did was study. It was boring as hell. But next year I got easy classes and I'm not worried about nothing I'm just gonna have as much fun as I can and enjoy my last year in high school.

I like your speech, especially the ending. Congratulation on going to University of North Carolina. I wish I could go to a university that out of state, like USC or UCLA, but my parents won't let me so I guess I'm going to end up going to University of Washinton (if I get accepted).

I took AP U.S. History as a junior too. It was pretty easy I thought. I just hated all the damn projects she made us do. I got a 4 on the exam, let me know how you did :thumb:

I signed up for AP Biology as a senior, but I dropped it over the summer after I got all the information for this yearlong project they were doing . I had two other AP's and no interest in science, so I took environmental instead haha. My one friend who's going to Clemson took it and he waited 'til the night before to do it lol. That's why I put that one line in my speech.

I told my parents I wanted to apply to USC, and they said they'd kill me first. If you want to go, you should apply. Even if you don't go, it's nice to know whether or not you could have.

AP history was pretty easy but so much damn reading it was so boring.

But I liked AP Biology better, it was more interesting and I probably learned more in that class than I ever have in any other class.
We didn't have to do that many projects in both of my AP classes we did probably 3 total in both my classes and those we hella short. All we did in my classes was, go to class listen to a lecture for 1 hour and then go home, read and be ready for the test.

I was wondering AmerikazMost if you don't mind would post your Cummaltive GPA and your SAT or ACT score. I'm just curious because you got accepted to University of North Carlolina and I just wanna see where I stand compared to you.

GPA - about a 4.6 (we use a 100 scale, so I don't know the exact conversion)
SAT - 1450 (800 Math, 650 Reading)

Plus I was in 10 extracurriculars over the 4 years, including Student Council President and president/captain of three others.

Damn my GPA is 3.5 out of 4.00 total.
Its gonna be hard for me to get accepted to a university, plus I have a criminal record for when I was in 6th grade, hope that doesn't affect me too much.

I was hella dumb when I was young but I changed in the second semester of 9th grade after I got 2.7 GPA (which is why my cum. GPA is that low)and from then on I haven't got less than 3.6. I think thats was about the time when I got inspired by Pac's words and actually started focusing and thinking about what I was gonna do with my life and stopped being so wild and shit.

Now I wanna be surgeon when I get older.
$500,000 a year starting pay, plus you get to help people out.

The criminal record could hurt ya a little bit, but it was so long ago with no recurrences, it shouldn't be a deciding factor. As for your GPA, as long as it's on the rise, it's all good. It'd be hard to get into a good university out of state it sounds like, but in state you should be fine as long as you do good on your SATs.


Edit: But make sure you apply to where you want go! That's a must. I was told it'd be impossible to get into UNC from a small Pennsylvania public school, but hey, I made it :thumb:
