sure it was... they just lifted the dvd footage. in the liner notes they thank the same people who put out the 2pac vs. dvd. amaru tried to kill the project, but this time they failed.

...pretty funny how the acapella leaked out eventually and they were left having used a tempo'd piece of shit.
