Did anyone else cop this?

Although any self-respecting Nirvana fan will have had the bootleg for years, it's awesome that they finally released both the CD and DVD with remastered audio.

They also released a limited edition set, that contains the CD, the DVD and a T-Shirt all inside a limited edition Nirvana crate. I got it at Best Buy for about $40.

Couldn't find too much info online about it so I snapped a pic myself.

I kinda don't wanna open it....might spoil it. lol.

Ahh Nirvana... so many good memories. The only reason I had checked them out the first time was because someone told me the bassist was a Croat (Krist Novoselic), obviously after I listened to a few tracks I got hooked. Anyways, I'll have to pick it up..

And no, do not open it. lol. Go watch it on youtube or something, but do not open it. lol

I know. It's just sitting there on my shelf looking at me. Damn it.

I stopped by best buy today to buy the ultimate Death Row collection and happened to see a shit load of these marked down to $20. Picked up two of them. Im thinking about going back and buying out their entire stock and using them as stocking stuffers for christmas.

OK, now that you've said that, I'm opening mine. I still hadn't opened it. I wasn't sure how much stock was made of the crate version but evidently if they've marked them down they made too much stock (knowing the popularity of Nirvana I'm sure they didn't mark it down due to lack of sales). I'm going back to the US in a couple of months so if I want another sealed one, I'll just buy another one.

It would actually be pretty profitable for me to get a whole bunch of them at that price and sell them over here, since they havent released the crate edition here. I could probably make $60 for each one. Too bad they're so bulky, I wouldn't be able to fit more than 4 in my suitcase probably.
