The names don't say very much these days...
Maybe it will turn out to be a very good console..
I'm not a Nintendo fan but I'll hope this stunt will do them good..

'Wii will change everything' is a clever line, good for marketing campaigns.
That's about it though, the name is shit.

I really love my PlayStation2 because the name has 'oomph" to it.
Now if we're talking about automobile names, it's different.
I wouldn't want to drive a $60,000 luxury vehicle named Fagmobile.

i watched a video clip of the games and people using the remote controller. it looks pretty cool. i'm really thinknig about buying one if it doesnt cost too much. 360 is too much and the ps3 is not something i want to pay for right away.
I can't sleep so lets look at previous console names.
Famicom (or Family Computer) - wack
Nintendo Entertainment System - wack
Super Famicom & Super Nintendo - hey, lets add a super to the name. it'll be super!
Nintendo 64 - great name. and the N64 logo was really super.
GameCube - Kinda wack I say
Genesis - an ok name
Saturn - what? the cheap car?
Dreamcast - good name
PlayStation - Sounds kinda fruity don't ya think?
PlayStation 2 - (Original promotional tag line that was dropped) It's twice the fun!
XBox - Sounds like GameCube's dysfunctional cousin. The name aint all that
XBox 360 - ok guys, Sony will have 3 in it's name. We can't go with Xbox 2 because it'll sound like we're inferior. Let's go with 360! That's like 357 more than the PS3! whoa

Plus the fact that you can download retro NES/SNES/N64 games, and it's backwards compatible with the GameCube.
all the wii games played at e3, were on gamecube hardware, so the graphics will most likely be a lot better
