Film & TV Next Spawn Movie 2007 target.

The next Spawn movie has been in development for a really long time and McFarlane and friends are still in no hurry – they want to get it right this time. Last we heard, Hans Rodionoff, the film's latest screenwriter, was penning a draft that featured the detective characters of Sam and Twitch. He says, "One of the challenges of doing a movie where the protagonist is a demon is that it's kind of hard to feel for that character. One of the things Niles and Todd did with the last draft was have it be more of a Sam and Twitch story. ... The problem is it became solely a Sam and Twitch movie and there wasn't enough Spawn." Maybe it'll actually happen...

thats sweet news. the spawn movie wasnt that bad. it could have been a little better i guess. i loved that comic when i was younger. i stopped collecting after issue 50 though.

Yeah i quit around 70 or something. The movie was kinda dope when It first came out. But I watched lately on TNT and it was so damn cheesy it hurt! lol

good news indeed. i dunno, i think the first movie was cool and all, yeah granted it had few flaws here and there but it wasnt that bad.
looking forward for the sequel.

havent seen the movie but anime. i would assume the movie wasnt as dark and grimey as the toon? That show was the shit

They should make the movie like the cartoon series (which was awesome). More cloak action and more mask-on-spawn because hes ass ugly without it on (he also looks dumb).
