New Pontiac Pick Up

I am wondering what you all think of the new Pontiac? They are Australian built, and the ute as they are called here has been available for decades, but it is a new thing in the US. What do you guys over there think of it?

Apparently 50 Cent is promoting it and I see it taking off in the Urban market and car customization up there.

what is with pontiac using all of these australian cars?

i kind of like it but with any little pick up it looks uncomfortable to drive. the sedan doesn't look too bad either.

but i'll stick with my type-r

i like the sedan. the pickup isnt really my taste. but its great for those who want something quick and fun but also wants to carry things around

Why don't they just call the pickup the "El Camino." I don't see why they're so up-in-the-air about it.

GM is using Australian cars because they are a division of GM, plus they seem to make better cars for this purpose than GM's U.S. division... painfully obvious when you look at damn near any GM product that isn't the Corvette or something rebadged from another country.
