The events surrounding rapper Tupac Shakur's murder are to be told again, following controversial record mogul Suge Knight's decision to participate in a new film.
Tupac was signed to Knight's Death Row label at the time of his death and Knight has been implicated in his murder as well as that of Tupac's rival, Notorious B.I.G..
Beaux Carson, whose Carson Signature Films is behind the project, describes it as "Training Day meets The Godfather".
Knight will release an album of Tupac tracks, re-recorded as duets a la the recent Ray Charles soundtrack, to coincide with the film.
