New PAC' LIFE WITH ASHANTI AND TI (RADIO RIP)

it was on Better Dayz

Yea i like the better days version better too, but at least people that dont listen to pac really will get a chance to check it out. If they used a verse from like "Soon As I Get Home" or something, id be mad as hell though!

Im feeling it, just not the last verse, its stupid how they just threw that verse in, I hope they put someone else for the last verse before its released, Snoop Dogg would do.

I think its decent.WAY BETTER than untouchable. The reason why i think they used the This life i lead verse is maybe because it also talks about his life. Just a thought...

btw thanks for posting Hakaveli

Yea, plus they had to take a verse from somewhere. Too bad it wasnt an unheard..

dam, that hurts. How can they mix two different verses together, those verses have a different vibe to it and this life i lead alters the message of Pacs Life. bwuuuuuuuuuuuuuuhhhhhhhhhhhhh so mad lol

TI's verse is nice, real nice, but rapping to Pac instead of with Pac is best for an individual tribute track like something for Rose CD's.

Ashantis verse i aint feeling but will get used to.

The track is nice and mellow but dam, the original didn't need that much touching. Remeber: Quality not Quanity

peace,
Khalil

I like this song...but Amaru is annoying the fuck out of me.

I realize Pac isn't spitting new vocals on a daily basis but WHY are they recycling verses like this?????? Yeah I know for a track like this ideally 2 verses from Pac would be nice......unfortunately he didn't spit 2 verses though.

Why not put an unheard on there instead? Guaranteed they have something in the vaults that would have fit and then fans wouldn't even mind as much if it was atleast an unheard maybe from a song that never came together and some vocals we wouldn't hear otherwise.

I really don't get their decision making process.

Runnin' aka Dyin 2 Live had 1 Pac verse and 1 BIG verse (meanwhile they actually had another original Pac verse for that track they also could have used)

Same shit with N.I.G.G.A. and Ghetto Gospel where they also dumped Pac verses. Maybe there's reasons why they dumped Pac's verses in those cases I don't know about...but back on topic in this instance I don't get why they would do this.

Now I'm wondering if they are going to make this mixing of vocals from 1 song to another a standard.

retards

its aight....pac sounds too slow on the 1st verse....and then too fast on the last tho which fucks it up imo (maybe itll sound better in CDQ)

lol if someone on mixemup made a mix with vocals from 2 songs people would be shitting on them for it.

I don't mind recycling adlibs here and there or little things.....but not a verse already released offically years ago from a different song.

Y'all do realize, even for the average Pac fan that might have bought Better Dayz, they're probably not going to automatically realize that the 2nd verse is from This Life I Lead.

Everybody I've talked to has agreed that the BD version of This Life I Lead is one of Amaru's biggest fuck ups, a complete shit of a song. Therefore most people skip it. I never listen to it. I have the OG to listen to. For a fan without the OG, they prolly just do not listen to it.

^^listening to the OG vibe just was beautiful though. the lawz completely ruined it, sure, but hearing pac in crystal clear quality over the classic Daz beat was enthralling. thanks dizzy or dante, i cant remember who did it

with that said i'll wait for the tracklist now but i think this could be a sign that we're not getting anything unheard on this album. possibly a first for a 'pac official release. maybe militant can confirm.

Consequently I have friends that do enjoy it a lot actually. I personally luv the OG but the remix isn’t that bad in my opinion . I actually bumped Untouchable remix 2 a few people and he loved it.. Then an older guy I kno hated the way they chopped his shyt up ect. Hes not a die hard pac fan but doesn’t wanna listen to watered down shyt. To each his own I guess.

*cries at the chance of no unheards*

*but then laughs because he realizes that he won't buy the cd and amaru will suffer... muhahahahahaha*

GET YA SHIT TOGETHER DAMMIT!
