New Orleans... AGAIN!

Even though the storm has pretty muched passed and done little damage and even downgraded, the same situation from 3 years ago wasn't going to happen this time around. One reason because the state actually has a good Gov. this time around that isn't affraid to make quick and tuff decisions.

^That and the fact that this hurricane wasn't that big compared to Katrina. They're lucky it died down so fast. Some systems still flooded and flood walls we're flooded over even though this storm surge was half of what Katrina was. There are some positives this time around as far as precautionary measures go but if something big comes around I don't think NO will be so lucky. Now I have to talk my Aunt and cousins in to going back to NO so I get my bed back, bastards.
