Recently I deleted all my songs off itunes, simply because I was sick of listening to them.

Please recommend a song or an album for me to download of any genre and a little reason why.

i think they are all good vocalists. albums are good imo and chrisette michele's music is soulful so has a mix of different sounds like R&B.

Dunno what kinda shit ur into, but this is one of the best recent rleases imo. Nice line up of emcees. He produced this after record shopping in Brazil and every track samples a Brazillian track that he bought.

How can I forget.

Mayer Hawthorne. White guy basically bringing back the 60's/70's soul music. He sings and produces most if not all of his songs, plays the instruments as well.

When anyone asks for music I assume they already know most of the old stuff so I just come with some new rappers usually, so sorry about that. But to carry on

The Black Keys. They're making a lot of news in the Hip-Hop circles as of late just cus of the BlakRoc project but I've been listening to these guys for quite some time now. Like 3 or 4 years. I dig all of their albums, if you like rock and the blues you'll like this.

Grizzly Bear. One of my friends introduced me to these guys a year or so ago. I don't really know how to explain there sound, Radioheadish kind of, lol.

Grizzly Bear reminds me of Animal Collective. Similar to Grizzly Bear, cool stuff.

MGMT. If you watch any of their videos you'd think the guys are pretty homo but whatever, they make some "fun" music I guess lol. I like riding(snowboarding) to some of their stuff. Kids and Electric Feel are some decent songs.

Shawn Lee's Ping Pong Orchestra. I have this snowboarding video and one of the songs on it is called Kiss The Sky, love the song. Of course I went and checked out more and the album Voices & Choices is pretty good so I'd check that out.

Cunninlynguists. Get their album/mixtapes. I just thought of them cus their new song called Running Wild just came on. It has E-40 and

Evidence on it. Ev is sick, The Weather Report is a dope album. He's done/doing a lot of shit with The Alchemist so yeah, and of course Dilated Peoples.
