New Layout

Yes there is a new layout.

Why?

Because a lot of people asked for it. Because we do one every few years. Because this ties in with StreetHop.com better. Because dark colors are better for the eyes. Because it looks cool. Because I wanted to.

The 2Pac sections have stayed untouched to spare some of you the heart attack.

If you dont like the new layout, give it a day and see how you feel after that. Once you get used to it I garantee you'll like it, plus its less strain on the eyes.

If you still dont like it, you can chose to use the old one by going to your User CP Options and selecting StreetHop Old as the design, this however will have no effect in the StreetHop forums, so I suggest you try to get used to this.

Feel free to leave feedback, but dont bitch. If you dont like it, you dont have to use it, so no need to bitch and moan about how you dont like change. Grow up. Things change. Deal with it and adapt. Im not going to be baby sitting you anymore and holding your hand through life. You'll have to cope with things you dont like on your own, and things will not always go your way. Learn to deal.

I think you get used to it. First I was shocked but now, only after 15 minutes it's gettin better. I think you can get used to it.

The background isnt black, its a dark blue/grey.

You may need to adjust your screen brightness or something.

fyi - for the people bitching, you can revert back to the old scheme under user cp --> options. i for one couldn't get away with the black forum at work, but the grey one almost looks like i'm doing what i am supposed to.

Yeah I know what you mean, I used to have a secret black on white no graphics layout for work that almost looks like a word document .

It's nice, though I dunno if I prefer it over the old one.

The banner, on the other hand, I'm not liking. The Street Hop font is OK, though the stroke is a bit heavy, but the background and the "Beware of Dog" sign...is this gonna be the permanent banner or a temporary one?

when i think about this layout i really like it

its a nice change and its better with more colors and stuff to look at and its not so plain...

i also like the blue with yellow feel, the reply buttons and etc. look real nice
