Why are you guys upset? Everyone knows Jim Jones is a pac fan. He's only showing respect and dedication to probably his goat MC. To me stuff like this keeps the man alive and shows why his impact and influence is big. As long as he's not sampling pac songs and making them singles like Jay-Z then I don't got a problem with it.
