Jedi Mind Tricks are ready to release their fifth album: Servants In Heaven, Kings In Hell.
This is the latest for the duo in a career spanning over a decade – it marks the return of vocalist Vinnie Paz and veteran producer Stoupe, along with guest appearances from Ill Bill, RA The Rugged Man and Sean Price.
There is no doubt will we see the usual time-travelling battle raps from Vinnie Paz, but there is also some more of the introspective elements introduced by Paz in recent years.
‘Razorblade Salvation’ is a collaboration with Shara Worden of My Brightest Diamond where we hear Paz wrestles suicidal thoughts in a manner not dissimilar to ‘Before The Great Collapse’ (from The Legacy Of Blood album).
Servants In Heaven, Kings In Hell will be released on September 19th.
The first single, ‘Heavy Metal Kings’ has a video available for viewing here which features Ill Bill.
