New guidelines, please familiarize yourself with them if you wish to avoid a ban

ok salty u need to seriously just let this go, cuz thats what im doing, sorry if i set you off in any way.. but

1. i always understood the rule, the first time i asked is because i noticed in the rules it said "no sexual content is permitted"- and i wanted to know if that included the beutufull ass thread, etc. because that infact IS sexual content, and they ARE newer rules, and didnt know if it covered that or not. it was a completely valid question.

2. the second time i was clowning around with what THA WILD said in responce to him covering all the bases on whats accepted. sorry if it was too immature for this thread but its not like i was being a complete dumbass like rather unique was earlier in this thread. in other words, jump on his ass, not mine, because all i did was simply jump in with a sarcastic remark to THA WILD, which i was indeed going to come back and edit it out untill i saw you had jumped on me already.

seems as if infact I HAD TO EXPLAIN MYSELF

Dont flatter yourself. If i wanted to deal with you I would just ban you. Rule 13 is a reminder, it basically summerizes the other rules into one. I credited it so future users would better understand the guidelines and to remind current users of what they are.

And because its only really a summary of guidelines 1 thru to 12, you should have been following them already, thus when I choose to ban you, it will be because of your breaking of rules 1 thru to 12, in your case, 1, 2, 6, 7, 8, and 10.

I dont care enough about you to actually change anything just because of you, I did it for the whole, you and your kind are insignificant in the grand scheme of things.

Rule 13 = Rukas can pretty much ban anybody he wants, since he'll be judging what posts are considered "repetitive, imature, annoying".

Rukas making changes to the pacboard constitution, is strengthening his dictatorship, where is the u.n.? there is none!! this is pacboard, pacboard you can't escape, the only way you can escape is to be shot down, other than that, we walk around the pacboard city in chains, moving from one place to another. Choke hold is tightening.

Are we still allowed to bukkaki? if we wipe it up ourselves? :(

And come on man, be real, I could always ban whoever I wanted, 13 is just a summery of the first 12, nothing much will change, idiots will go thats all. Jokes are still allowed dont worry, just stupid off topic fart posts or annoying pics or shit like that, dont really know what, until i see it ;)...
