Technology NEW. Computer problem

The fan is acting up.Its making noises.You know when you have a really really old fucked up car or a truck in a garage,and you try to start the engine for the first time in a long time.You know the sound of it right.The engine starts to make rough and kinda crumbly noises.Not only its loud, but the sound is not straight or constant.Like its has the engine noise at certain volume and then it slows down,and then again keeps up the speed.

Well,thats exactly whats happening to my computer fan.Thats exactly how the fan is running.I feel like i'm living in a old truck.I gotta shut down pc at nights.Fortunately it doesn't always happen that.It happens often though.

What do i do?Any suggestions?

It could be electrical problems but it's most likely a problem with the lube. It's natural for the fan to collect dust and hair. You might want to clean the fan. Otherwise replacement fans are cheap.

I have cleaned the fan before.I'll clean it again anyway and see if it still makes noises.But i also have two fans.I don't know which one is making noises.
