I think you can get a razor with $0.00 on contract, and about $19.99 a month, (not including the activation free, and on a 2 year plan). Check out Rogers, or a Motorola store near you, you might even get a better deal then that. If you also want to save even more money, ask them if they're selling any refurbished phones, but idealy, cell phone's these days are made much affordable for the working class then they were 10 years ago or so.

I droped mine maybe about 6 times. It's damn scary but the worse I got was the phone shut off and wouldn't turn on for maybe 1 minute.

full web browsing capabilities, 1.3 mp camera, pocket pc phone ect ect... cost me 350 with new contract.
