Nelly sues car dealership

St. Louis rapper Nelly is suing a luxury car dealership in New York City for breach of contract alleging fraud and unfair trade practices.

The suit, filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, claims that Manhattan Motorcars Inc. cheated him out of over $37,000. The lawsuit also alleges fraud and unfair trade practices.

The artist is seeking $37,195, plus punitive damages and attorneys' fees from the company, which specializes in Bentleys and high-end vehicles
