Nelly grabs 4th Number 1

Rapper Nelly scored his fourth No. 1 hit on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart Thursday as his new track "Grillz" featuring Paul Wall and Ali & Gipp climbed four places to the top spot.

He previously reached the summit with "Hot in Herre" and "Dilemma" in 2002, and "Shake Ya Tailfeather" in 2003.
