Neighbour upstairs..

Coming from practice as usuall and as i enter my building i see two chicks coming from opposite way towards my building also. i see 3-4 guys behind them girls. all of sudden girls make turn and go in my building from one of three doors. i go in from main entrance door. as im walking towards the elevator i see they waiting for elevator and as i approach the elevator and them one of the girl goes ''hey how you doing'' and i respond with the wink and thats it nothin else was said and i take stairs and they took elevator. i usually take stairs. as im going upstairs in third floor i hear those 3-4 guys talking and basically following the girls. (i guess they waited for second time elevator to come down. i dont think guys and those two girls took same elevator.)
so im in my third floor apt. couple of minutes later i hear loud music playing just one floor above me and exactly same apt as me. fourth floor they were on and me on third.

I probably saw this two girls first time i been here. didnt know they were my neighbours. i think the one who said something was her apt only. i dont think they live together. they seem to be little drunk specially the one who said something to me. another girl was smiling all the time and constantly looking at the other girl.

What would you?
Go up and (pretend)complain for loud music playing would be good idea only if i knew they were alone. but i think those guys are in the room.

Theres nothing rude about winking. i might've have chat lil bit more to the girl but knowing those guys were following them and they could've come in the building anytime would've made akward situation me talking to one of the girl and them guys witnessing it. boys seemed to be strangers and were trying to get a piece of the girls.

It's a new day. complimenting the music won't be a good idea because theres no music playing anymore.
I'm thinking about approaching different way. now that i think about it they might've been guests at the house. it might've been house party and they were invited as guests. I'm thinking going up stairs and asking who the two girls were the night before and if they're local neighbours and if i can get intouch with them or something. but i can not just ask that directly. i need a good and reasonable approach before i do that. if im wrong and they weren't guests and one of the girl herself opens the door then what do i say. either way i have no good approach.
