Is it written intellectually, similar to the Holler If Ya Hear Me' book ? I need to know, in order to see if I get it for literature when writing term papers about Pac.......(just having another one ready for university...)

As far as I can tell it appears to be German. If you want to check the credibility of the book, then check out the authors other published works. This should give you some idea of what to expect before making the purchase.
