Technology need help installing game

ok i just downloaded gta sa for pc, shit took me a hella long time.. its an application file (one of those msdos shits) when i click on it all i get is this black screen that pops up and disappears in a sec.. please help

what file are you trying to run? was the whole thing one msdos file?

was it an exe file, zip file, rar file???

If you ran it and it disappears its more than likely a virus. Run your virus programs.
