Technology Need help configuring my router.

I'm currently using a Bt Voyager 205 ADSL Router connected at 2 MBPS's and I need to configure the router so I can open 'port 6112' for online gaming. I've accessed the configuration page but from here I havn't a clue what to do, I have no experience in this matter. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

here's a step by step tutorial for port forwarding. when u get to the 'NAT rule - add' section i believe it should look as follows:

i am a little unsure which lan ip address to use so it can be any of the following:

192.168.1.1
192.168.1.2
192.168.1.3
192.168.1.35
