Nas has reportedly signed a one year endorsement deal with sneaker giant Fila.
According to Billboard, Fila will offer financial support for print and TV ad campaigns for Nas' upcoming album called Untitled.
In exchange for the sponsorship, Nas will wear Fila products and also co-create a new line inspired by late 80's fashion.
"My best friend Will and I loved Fila," Nas told Billboard. "It represented prestige and everything that was cool to us. When Will passed, we buried him in a black Fila sweat suit, so doing a deal with them has a lot of significance for me."
Nas will be dropping Untitled on July 15th. The album will feature production from Green Lantern, DJ Toomp, Mark Ronson, Dead Prez's Stic.Man, Jay Electronica, Stargate, Polow Da Don and Cool & Dre.
