It's a hard one to answer, coz there is a difference between having no personality and showing no personality. There are people I feel show little personality, but I know they have one. For instance Illuminattile, not really ken and Jokerman. They give great insight and post the most interesting stuff, yet they withhold details about themselves personally. Of course they have personality but they arent as personal. On the flip side, there are people who post lots of shit about themselves but I wouldnt see them as having a personality... at least not one that interests me anyway, lol!
