PS: about the US being ranked high. the fifa rankings is BS. They reward you for wins but not against who. So if your group is nothing but teams with the talent of 'San Marino' and you keep on winning, you will be placed higher on the rankings. If the USA was in the South American or European division, they would be at 40th place probably.
