Mystikal not released from jail

Recent reports of Mystikal being released from a Louisiana prison were not true, according to a statement released from his label, Jive Records.

The artist has been on federal lockdown since 2004 after he was found guilty of forcing his hairstylist to perform sex acts as repayment for the $80,000 she allegedly stole from him.

But his six-year sentence did not end with his exit from jail last week. According to Jive, he was simply moved to another state facility, where he will continue serving his time.

Just don't record it... Or get incompetent lawyers... He'd agreed an out of court deal but it got a little messed up.
