Technology My yahoo account is down

i tried to log in on my messenger...then it said my password or id was wrong....so i tried to log directly into my email...same thing

now i tried to change my password...then it said my account was temporairly disabled for my own safety and to check back later...wtf???

so has this happened to anybody else??? i've had this account since 2000 and i've never had a problem like this b4

well...now it says my info i input for a new password doesn't match the info they have...so i had to sign up for a new account...then I filled out something asking them what happened...they sent me an email that is basically a re-worded FAQ list...bullshit

the samething happened on my friends computer, so he tried to logon mine and it worked... then he uninstalled msn messanger from his comp and reinstalled and it worked
