I was under the impression that it would be renewed automatically and if i wanted to cancel i would have to do so myself through Paypal.?

As far as I know if you're paying with Paypal you have to cancel it through Paypal. It does renew automatically. And no making a thread about it won't change anything about the automatic renewal. You really need to go on Paypal and cancel that subscription.

I want to make sure that i havent been charged 15 euros again for nothing.

Check your paypal and the account you usually charged it to. If you see anything being charged pm Caesar asap.

I'm sure if anything they'll reimburse you. But since you don't have the VIP privileges anymore I don't think you still have it. But double check your paypal and account to be sure.
