"The three most astonishing things in the past half-century have been the blues, cubism and Polish vodka..." Pablo Picasso
Wodka Wyborowa - Definitly the go for a cheaper vodka, about $14US or AU$25.
http://www.polishvodka.com.pl/wyborowa.htm - This is my everyday vodka.
Chopin - Named after the Polish composer, its very similar to Belvedere but has a slightly richer taste with an almost sweet after taste.
Belvedere - Very good, similar to Chopin, I think we all know this one already, if only from Jay Z's tracks. Great yet can get expensive. Really top of the line though.
Zubrowa Bison Grass Vodka - This is very good, its not flashy, but it tastes great. Great with apple juice or other cocktails, its sweet, and the bison grass (u can add a some into the bottle or class for extra flavor) makes it taste very unique. Definitly try it if you see it and like vodka, it really is great. Dont be put off by the "cheap" looking label and bottle.
Heres a good review: http://www.ciao.co.uk/Zubrowa_Bison_Grass_Vodka__Review_5173354
No matter what Vodka you drink, remember it must be kept in the freezer. Vodka is meant to be drank ice cold, it takes away the harshness a lot of you probably dont like and brings out the rich and various flavours. A lot of people make the mistake thinking Vodka's all taste the same or dont have distinct flavours, they do. They go from earthy, to sweet, to caramel, to fruity, etc etc. And no, im not talking about flavoured vodka.
Enjoy. "Sto lat!"
