Y'all argue over Pac being dead by his lyrics and shit. Well here's my explanation. Yes, he is dead. No he didn't die in Vegas of '96 though. Yes, all the things he say in his lyrics could work but a lot of them could apply to the NY shooting. The only major one you cannot explain is the "I Ain't Mad at Cha" video. That's why I think that Pac didn't die in '96 yet he died later on. If he was still alive Amaru Entertainment would probably be Makaveli Records and Outlawz would be with Makaveli Records. Plus do you think 2Pac would ever choose Eminem to produce his album over Johhny J and Dat Nigga Daz and DJ Quik? Would Pac allow 50 Cent to make tracks with him? I think not. Therefore 2Pac is dead just not from the Vegas shooting. Pac was a gangster, he probably died in a gang shooting later on. Or maybe some other reason but he is definitely not alive.

Y'all never heard 2pac in "The Last Interview" say that HE DIDN'T WANT TO SEE THEM DEAD. For some reason WESTAFRICA hears these things but other's don't!. Y'all didn't hear Pac in "In His Own Words" interview say in reference to MOBB DEEP and CHINO XL that "IF YOU DON'T SEE ME RUSHING THEM, IT'S ONLY BECAUSE THEY BOWED DOWN"^^^
That's why it made sense to me when I started seeing how THE OUTLAWZ were squashing beefs with a lot of Pac's enemies. In fact it was right in line with 2pac's WILL.

Frank probably didn't know about it. And so he just made tributes for 2Pac. But yes, I think the Vegas shooting was set up because of the I Ain't Mad at Cha video. But then Pac dies later on.
