because all out was actually supposed to be on the album but it was scrapped like alot of other songs i guess.. i like what you've done but i can not listen to a cd with bad quality songs on them even if it the way it should be... i need all tracks to come out CDQ..

all are good quality, well good q for bootlegs, except for the released ones, which is about half, i can live with it since half the cd is cdq and half is almost

Why?

cause they had pac and outlawz ont hem and there was extra room at the end of the cd and thought they would fit nicely, i like to fill my cds up the the last minutes
